KANE COUNTY IS NOW HIRING A DEPUTY RECORDER. Position is full time w/standard government benefit package. Annual salary, $38876.43. Position located at the Kane County Courthouse, Kanab, UT. Works under the direct supervision of the County Recorder. Performs a variety of entry level complex and technical clerical duties designed to expedite the processing, recording, abstracting and archiving of legal documents filed with Kane County. Performs a variety of routine administrative and support duties as needed to expedite the day-to-day activities, projects and requirements of the recording office. Receives documents and fees; ensures documents qualify for recording according to state requirements; produces copies of official documents as requested; processes requests related to recording of legal documents and verifies information. Minimum qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent; AND one (1) year of experience performing above related duties OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Driver License. Must be 18 years or older. Must have good customer service skills. Must be proficient on the computer and have some knowledge of standard office software and programs. The official Kane County Employment Application must be completed and signed. THE TOWN OF GLENDALE IS SEEKING BIDS FOR WATER LINE REPLACEMENT. Approximately 800 Feet with 16 Feet of Ductile Iron, water line used will be HDPE that will need to be fused, it will need one 8-inch hole bored into concrete for connection. Excavation depth may be an excess of 20 feet. Trench Box may be required. 3 valves will need to be installed, along with removal and replacement of 1 vault. All materials (pipe, valves, etc )will be provided by the Town of Glendale, pipe, valves, etc. Bids will be taken until Wednesday, April 16. Project needs to be completed as soon as possible.
