The Fredonia Police Department has been awarded two grants through the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS).
The department received $49,174 to be used to purchase a speed monitoring radar trailer and support overtime to enhance the Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) throughout the Town of Fredonia. In addition, $3,556 was received to enhance DUI enforcement.
