In conjunction with the Raising Kane Business Summit taking place on Friday, January 10, 2025 all Kane County entrepreneurs are invited to participate in the Raising Kane Business Challenge sponsored by State Bank of Southern Utah. This event is designed to ignite entrepreneurship and innovation in the local community. All businesses with an innovative product, service, or new business development based in Kane County are encouraged to enter.
All online applications and video submissions must be completed by midnight on Friday December 20, 2024. With $10,000 in prize money on the line, small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to participate and showcase their groundbreaking businesses.
State Bank of Southern Utah is the major sponsor of the competition, demonstrating their continued commitment to fostering economic growth and supporting local businesses. This initiative aims to provide entrepreneurs with the resources and funding needed to take their ideas to the next level.

Key Details of the Competition:
Business must have generated some revenue by the time of entry not exceeding $150,000.
Entries require a 90-second video that should include an overview of your product or service, your team, your revenue model, and your marketing and sales strategies.
Entries must be submitted by Midnight, Friday December 20, 2024.
This competition is open to legal residents of Kane County
Applicants may enter individually or in small groups, but only one entry per person.
Must be available to attend finals in-person on January 10, 2025. No remote participation will be allowed.
Eligibility: Open to entrepreneurs and small business owners with innovative ideas or plans to expand their businesses in Kane County.
Prize: $10,000 total in cash will be given to help selected winners launch or grow their business.
Application Process: Participants will submit their business ideas, and selected finalists will present their proposals in a live pitch event.
