The board also expressed their appreciation to Sheriff Tracy Glover for his dedication to the safety of our schools. Sheriff Glover has been instrumental in helping to provide school resource officers and assisting the district with school security improvements.
The school board also conducted interviews to fill the board vacancy due to Lisa Livingston’s resignation. After an interview process, the board selected Taylor Glover to fill the vacant term for November and December. As a result of the recent elections, Taylor will begin his four-year term as the school board member representing Precinct 3 in January 2024. We would like to welcome Taylor the school board and express our appreciation to Libby Button and Sheriff Glover.
