Has someone inspired you with their dedication to the arts? The Kanab Arts Board (KAB) wants to recognize their contributions! KAB is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Arts Supporter of the Year. Online nominations are open now until February 28. Nominees will be announced on March 7, and voting will open to the public on the same day.

The Arts Supporter nominees must reside or have resided in Kane County. KAB seeks nominations for individuals who have significantly enriched Kanab’s arts scene in 2024. Nominations from all artistic disciplines, including music, visual arts, sculpting, fiber arts, folk arts, writing, cinema, photography, theater, and performing arts, are welcome. Contributions of any duration within the year will be considered.
Previous recipients of this prestigious award include Dave Owens, former Kanab Arts president, community theater technical director, and master of ceremonies; Jenna Corry of Red Rock Dance Studios; and Gary Kalpakoff and Cyrus Mejía of Ravens Heart Gallery. Their contributions represent the diverse talent and dedication within Kanab’s arts community. Who will be the next to join their ranks?
