Raising Kane Business Summit at Kanab Center on January 14, 2022

The 11th annual “Raising Kane” Business Summit is happening Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Kanab Center. The summit will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. Breakfast and lunch is included in the cost of registration for $20.


“In addition to being an unmatched value, this is a great opportunity to gather as a community and gain a better understanding of the economy in Kane County,” said Kane County Commissioner, Brent Chamberlain. “We want the local business community to succeed and feel the summit is a way to start the year off right with topics covering the economy, tourism, technology, and available resources for local businesses.”


A variety of topics will be covered at the business summit including current economic trends, technology, marketing, local developments, and other relevant business happenings. 2022 Raising Kane presenters include State of Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity Director Dan Hemmert and keynote speaker Brad Harker.


Brad Harker is an entrepreneur, software executive, keynote speaker, and advisor to executives, entrepreneurs and organizations. He has enjoyed an ambitious career that includes multiple startups, real estate developments and more than a quarter-billion dollars in sales. Brad’s ultimate passion is to inspire students and young professionals to discover and realize their potential. His work has been recognized by a number of outlets, including Forbes and Entrepreneur.com. Through his book, podcast and a non-profit organization, Brad is on a quest to inspire confidence, purpose and contribution at the highest levels.
