State Bank of Southern Utah is thrilled to announce the construction of a new state-of-the-art banking facility in Kanab, Utah. The bank’s former 3,800-square-foot building, a landmark at 98 West Center Street since 1978, has been removed to make way for a modern, two-story, 10,410-squarefoot facility.

This new office will feature the latest technology, more efficient service areas, additional drive-thru lanes and enhanced amenities to improve your banking experience . This investment reflects the bank’s commitment to the growth and development of Kanab and Kane County. The construction will create more jobs and positively impact the local economy.
Designed with extra office space, the new building will allow the bank to grow and continue to meet the expanding financial needs of the community. These upgrades will provide quicker service, increased privacy and a more comfortable environment for customers.
During the construction process, a temporary office with a drive-thru and ATM has been set up at 50 North 100 West, directly north of the current location on the old elementary school property. The temporary branch will offer full-service banking until the new office is complete.
